The CC Bearing Bracket 1 provides effective locking mechanism for ISO standard containers. The security system that meets the need for optimum safeguarding of goods while still allowing customs inspection.
Practical applications
The CC Bearing Bracket 1 was developed for safeguarding container goods in every conceivable circumstance.
Combination lock and custom- or veterinary seal. The seal is protected against being broken until the combination has been set correctly. Insurance approval The CC Bearing Bracket 1 was awarded top-class approval by the Danish Insurance Association, in accordance with report no. 738.0/00.
Technical description The CC Bearing Bracket 1 was designed as a standard bearing bracket, with the addition of a transverse lock casing. The CC CodeLock can be mounted into this casing, with the CC Seal on the opposite side. The CC Bearing Bracket 1 meets the requirements of racking test approval conducted by ABS. The CC Bearing Bracket 1 can either be fitted during manufacture of the containers or onto the majority of existing ISO containers. The CC CodeLock is a cemented, four-digit combination lock with a potential of more than three million codes.
The CC Seal is a cemented, numbered customs seal with a built-in snap lock.
The standard container size is not exceeded by fitting the CC Bearing Bracket 1.
Advantages of the combination lock Only the sender knows the combination. This code can be forwarded by telephone, fax or e-mail to the recipient.
